Yes, we offer OEM/ODM services. Your logo and design can be applied to the product
packaging.
If customization is required, your company needs to provide a specific and high-definition packaging layout.
2. Do you have your own factories?
We have many large enterprises within the Chinese industry with which we have established deep partnerships. All suppliers are strictly selected and certified with at least one of BRC, ISO, HACCP, FDA, IFS, FSSC, KOSHER, or HALAL.
3. What are your main products?
We primarily deal in frozen chicken, duck, pastry, vegetables, fruits, as well as frozen fries, frozen hash browns, and other fried products.
4. What is the delivery lead time after the advance payment?
The lead time for bulk-packaged products is 7-14 days. For OEM/ODM products, the lead time is 14-21 days.
5. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ varies depending on the product and is open to negotiation.
6. Can l order partial shipments or mix different products in one container?
Yes, if needed, we can manage multiple different items within a single shipment.
7. What documents are provided upon shipment?
Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, quarantine certificate, halal certificate, veterinary certificate, etc.
8. What is your delivery method?
Generally, we mostly use FOB at the main port of China. We can also do CIF according to the customer's requirements.
9. Which port do you usually deliver to?
Generally, Qingdao Port or Shanghai Port. We can also specify the main port of China according to the customer's requirements.
